    SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

    Enterprise Learning Projects deliver throughout Australia and Internationally.

    Within Australia we use Express, Registered Post and Private Courier options. International orders are shipped through Registered Australia Post, whereby we can track any purchases easily and in a timely manner.

    Postage for both International and Australian orders will be charged using Australia Post Calculations.

    Orders can only be shipped to one address per order.

    All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country.

    Any delivery date or time specified by us is an estimate only, and advice given by Australia Post. We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in shipping. Enterprise Learning Projects cannot be held responsible for delivered items once Australia Post or Private Courier tracking shows the item has been delivered to the address that was provided. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

    We endeavour to ship all items within 3-10 business days of order being placed. Metropolitan Australia orders will take an additional 1-2 business days to arrive, other regions may take up to 5 more business days.

    RETURNS AND REFUNDS

    At Enterprise Learning Projects, we do our best to ensure the product pages have as much detail as possible, however we are aware that there may be slight variances as each product is made and packaged by hand as part of the social enterprise process. As we are also based in Katherine, NT postage to and from the dessert can be expensive. Bearing this in mind we don’t offer refunds on items because you have simply changed your mind, so please choose your purchases carefully. However, we will happily replace or refund any product with any manufacturing fault not caused by posting.

     

    Simply contact us shop@elp.org.au including the following information:

    • Your invoice/ receipt number
    • Your name
    • Your contact details
    • The item(s) you would like to return
    • The reason you are returning the item(s)

    Enterprise Learning Projects cannot accept returns if the item was purchased in a sale or has been discontinued.

    Enterprise Learning Projects will confirm via email whether your item(s) can be returned. Once you have received confirmation please return the item to Enterprise Learning Projects within 7 days for Australian customers and within 21 days for International customers.

    We will only accept returns of full priced goods in the following circumstances:

    • You have made contact with Enterprise Learning Projects within four (4) days from the date you received the goods
    • The original tags have not been removed
    • The goods are accompanied by a proof of purchase
    • The goods have not been worn, used, washed, soiled or damaged
    • In the case of faulty goods, no attempt has been made to repair the goods

    Where the replacement of an item is not be made refunds will be made using the original form of purchase - either via credit card or paypal- minus the original cost of postage. We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent you the wrong item or if the item sent is deemed to be faulty.

    Gifts purchased from Enterprise Learning Projects must also adhere to the normal exchange process.

    Donations

    Donations made in error will be refunded if disputed within 5 days of date of transaction. Please send your refund request in an email to shop@elp.org.au, including the date of transaction, type of payment (paypal or credit card) and a copy of your receipt. Refunds will be provided via your payment method (i.e. directly from paypal or to your credit card).
