Enterprise Learning Projects (ELP) is a not-for-profit social enterprise that has created Yunmi to connect Aboriginal entrepreneurs to the market.
We look for likeminded wholesalers that who align with our ethics, and have passion for beautiful things to ensure the story of our projects and products are being communicated to the customer correctly.
ORDERS AND SHIPPING:
As a social enterprise not-for-profit we can offer a 40% discount off the Recommended Retail Price. Proforma orders are required to meet a minimum purchase value of $250 (including GST). A postage and handling charge calculated by Australia Post or a courier service also applies. For all ongoing top up orders there is a minimum of $100.
Once your order is received, we will enter it into our system and contact you for payment. A full payment with order is required before shipment of goods. If payment has not been made within one month of order taken it will be automatically cancelled.
Promotional discounts can not be applied to Wholesale orders.
All product and shipping prices quoted and orders are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and all transactions are settled in AUD.
DAMAGED AND LOST GOODS:
Products must not be signed for if damaged and should be reported immediately (within 48 hours maximum) to arrange a replacement. ELP will not accept claims for damage inflicted to products in transit if the delivery is signed for and accepted by the Purchaser. ELP will not accept responsibility for any part delivery or delay in delivery of the goods as a result of events occurring beyond our control. ELP will not be in any way be responsible for any consequences (direct or indirect) arising from such delay or non-delivery.
SHIPPING & ORDER TRACKING:
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery instructions and address details in writing. We use Australia Post, or for bigger orders a courier service. For a postage estimation or quote email us at email@example.com
ELP cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disaster, strike or transport complications.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REPAIRS:
Orders can be cancelled by contacting ELP prior to dispatching the order. ELP reserves the right to cancel any order.
Product exchanges/refunds are not accepted, except in the case of defective goods or an incorrect shipment. You must advise ELP within ten (10) working days of receiving an order if there is a defective item in that order by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and including the invoice number, items that need replacing and why and your customer details.
Where replacements cannot be organized, refunds or an account credit will be applied. ELP will be responsible for shipping costs.
SIZING & PHOTO REPRESENTATION:
Information about product sizes can be provided on request by emailing ELP at email@example.com
ELP’s website and printed material offers an accurate as possible representation of the products and their colours. Slight variations in colour may occur as the products are mostly handmade and are made from natural materials. Colour representation may also vary slightly due to computer image quality, screen settings or print quality.
The story or our work and the communities and people we work with are important to us, and to the sale of our products. We are happy to share information with you, but any of our designs, photographic materials, logos, marketing concepts, product knowledge and business concepts are subject to copyright. No photographic material represented on the ELP’s website or in any catalogues current or past may be used without prior written authorisation.
Acknowledging the need to collect personal information in order to trade with ELP, ELP guarantees that this information will be kept safe and respected. No information of yours will be passed on to a third party.
